- How do I submit a workplan for approval?Open My Timesheets, fill in your weekly activities, then click Submit. Your line manager will be notified automatically.
- What does 'Above Maximum' mean on the Staff List?It indicates the staff member has been allocated more than 100% of their available hours and may need rebalancing.
- How do I upload allocations in bulk?Go to Admin → Upload Bulk Allocations and provide a CSV using the documented template.
- Where can I configure approval escalation?Workflows → Configuration. Toggle 'Escalate after 48 hours' and adjust thresholds for your tenant.
- How is FTE calculated for casual staff?Casual FTE is derived from agreed hours divided by the full-time-equivalent annual hours for their classification.
